Joe's Amazing Race- Retirement Party

It's a Retirement/Going Away BBQ
Date: 26 June 2006
Time: 6:00 pm
Please join us.
RSVP is necessary for planning purposes.
Please call Suzanne at 06302-923183 by 22 June.

Joe's retirement party is based on the TV show, The Amazing Race. It is basically a scavenger hunt where you must perform certain tasks with a partner or two in order to receive a clue which will direct you to the next stop. Please meet at the Band Squadron at 6:oo pm for further instructions on how to start the race.
Rosemary will be handing out bags with instructions on how to participate in the race. You will find out exactly where the BBQ will be held by completing the race.
Please feel free to leave comments for Joe on this blog. I will print them out to share with him at the party. This will be especially nice for those of you that cannot attend the party.

From Gail
Hey buddy,

Congratulations on your retirement. I wish I could be there but know that my thoughts will be with you all day. Our time together in Germany was much too short but we packed in the memories and had a blast doing it. Thanks for being a great friend. I look forward to seeing you guys on the other side of the pond.
